Totally stoked!

"Aruba, Jamaica, ohhh I wanna take ya to Bermuda, Bahama, come on pretty mama...."

I just love the Beach Boys!
Lol.

Thats the song I think about when I think about the cruise Nick and I are taking on our 5 year anniversary in May!

We have been talking about wanting to go again (we went on one for our Honeymoon) but its just never been working out. BUT we are so close to Florida and the ports down there, we said this would be a fine opportunity. My mom is driving up to watch the kids....yes kids...sounds funny to me....haha. So that will be nice. Then Nick and I will drive down to Ft. Lauderdale ( about 7 hours) and board our ship to go to......

Half Moon Cay...a private Island for cruise ships.

Grand Turk Island in the Grand Turks and Caicos Islands....

Ocho Rios, Jamaica...I'm pretty excited about this one!

Last stop being Georgetown, Grand Cayman....I'd love to get out there with these...we'll see...I'm not a sea creature fan...haha.

So that is our plan on May 5-13th . So we'll actually be back before our actual anniversary but hey, what can ya do!

I just wanted to share my excitement!!

A little update...

My big girl.

15 months

We just had our check up and this is her stats:

Brynlee is:

21.8 pounds

31 inches

She is below average for weight.

She is over average for height...(not sure where that happened)

Then here are just a few other things I'd like to jot down:

She has 12 teeth! She didn't get her first till almost 7 months and now has 12!

She got 6 at one time, 4 being molars. Whew, th0se were fun days!

I think there are 2 more teeth on their way as well.

She still doesn't talk a whole lot.

Words she does say are :

doggie. daddy. momma. kaci. baby. help. duck.

She signs:
food. please. thankyou. milk. read. more.

She can tell you what a doggie says, a chicken says and a bear...and kind of a duck , lol.

She now relates the computer to daddy. She comes in here and points and says daddy. She loves when we Skype him. Thank God for technology!

She reads...All. The. Time.

Gets so excited when anyone reads to her.

Her favorite book is her Rhyme Bible. We read before bed and at other times.
She loves to turn the pages when I tell her to.

And the biggest news lately,

Brynlee will have a little SISTER!

15 month photo's

A couple weeks later then I had expected but finally was able to get these done.

They turned out pretty well I think. She wasn't too smiley but hey, what can ya do.

I love my new bubble props! I think they give it just enough ooomph...lol

She wouldnt' leave Mister Ducky on the ground!

I did get this gorgeous shot, I must admit, it might be my newest favorite of her! Printing and Framing for sure!

16 weeks...already!

So here I am...starting to post about being pregnant...again! Seems like I just did this...oh I did. Haha.

Anywho. Here is the pic of me yesterday, at 16weeks. The one below is comparing from last pregnancy. I think I'm the same...what do you think!?

This was my first look at comparing and I must admit, I was quite nervous this time around and scared to get bigger faster and all that fun stuff. Looking that this, my nerves are a little calmer. Lol.

I have felt baby move here and there. I go next week for my appointment and then soon after that we do our big ultra sound. I'm pretty excited but sad Nick won't be here with me. I'm having the u/s tech either write it on a piece of paper and seal it in a manila envelope...or...if I can find some pink and blue teddy bears...use those and a box. So then when I talk to Nick we can Skype and find out together still. I just hope I won't have to hold onto that envelope or box too long before talking to him! I heard the idea from someone in Italy I believe...so I'm kinda stealing it. I love it.

Nicks excited that I am willing to do this as well.

Other than that. Thats all thats going on pregnancy wise. I feel great. Tired some but not near the first trimester tiredness!

4th Celebration {long post!}

We had a wonderful 4th. I have other pictures from the celebration at church, but they are on my laptop, which my husband took with him to the desert. Hehe.

First off we started by going to our towns(teeny town) festival thing. We saw a parade. SHORT one at that. Then waited for the fireworks. {again, I have pics of B's first fireworks, but not on here} She was in awe. Wasn't too sure but just laid there and watched any how.

That was Friday. Saturday we just hung out. Bought some fireworks and shot some off that evening. Brynlee wasn't too find of the super close and not to mention loud ones going off just a few feet from her {no she wasn't in danger} If she was on our laps, she was good though. She DID however LOVE sparklers. Oh so pretty and not so noisy!

{Nick took his hand away for a split second for the pic....otherwise we were safe}

I do love that picture, although Kodi kinda of ruins it with his big head in the back.
Safe in daddy's arms.

Being from Phoenix, we were pretty excited to be able to shoot some off in the comforts of our driveway!

This one was sooo bright!

More sparklers.

Sunday we had the celebration at our church. Again I wish I had the pics here. Brynlee got her face painted and stood, didn't run or walk, just stood in the sprinklers they had set up. She also got in her first bounce house. She seemed to like it too. It was a good time!

Monday, the 4th, we headed over to our new and good friends house for a BBQ and fun in the sun. It was very chill and relaxing. Tons of kiddos were there which made some parts crazy, but memories they are.
Here is Brynlee and Hannah. They get asked if they are twins when we are out together... especially with this squint they have here.

Hannah's big pool was being filled up, so it was perfect standing height for B. She loved it . Shocking!? Nope.

Then we headed downtown for the big show. We had a big group. We shot off fireworks in the street.....but then had to come to a hault...as the city cop stopped us even though the county cop said its ok. He clearly needs to learn the city limits rules.

B and her new friend. He was sharing his gold fish and his chair. I think he has a crush.

Chilling and eating.
What more could you ask for?!

Our set up, BEFORE we had to stop the fun fireworks. Lol.

I know its a week late, but we had family time that was needed. Hope everyone had a great and memorable Independence Day!
